Ai eSIM offers digital SIM (eSIM) plans that enable users to connect to data networks worldwide without a physical SIM card. Services are accessible only through our website https://aiesim.com. We do not operate any mobile applications at this time.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction. When registering or making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials associated with your account. If you suspect unauthorized activity, notify us immediately.

3. Services Overview

Ai eSIM offers international data packages through eSIM technology. Our plans are designed for use on compatible and network-unlocked devices. You are responsible for ensuring that your device supports eSIM before making a purchase.

eSIM profiles and data plans are delivered digitally to your email and accessible through your account on aiesim.com.

4. Device Compatibility

Before purchasing, you must verify your device is both eSIM-compatible and unlocked. Compatibility depends on your device’s model and country of origin. A non-exhaustive list of supported devices is provided at checkout.

By confirming your device’s compatibility, you accept full responsibility for any incompatibility issues. No refunds will be issued due to incorrect device compatibility confirmation.

5. Charges and Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, or others displayed at checkout.

Prices are shown in USD ($) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes or fees. You are responsible for any local taxes or currency conversion charges imposed by your financial institution.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds or replacements are available only in the following cases:

• If Ai eSIM is unable to deliver the purchased service due to technical error on our end.

• If the eSIM is not delivered and the Customer reports the issue within 30 days of purchase.

• If there is a confirmed failure of the eSIM that cannot be resolved within 10 business days after reporting.

No refunds will be issued in the following situations:

• Incompatibility due to incorrect device.

• Accidental purchases or incorrect plan selection.

• Use of data plans through other carriers or providers.

• Any usage that violates these Terms.

Refunds, if approved, may be credited back to your original payment method or offered as account credit. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, up to 30 business days.

7. Plan Validity and Activation

Each data plan has a validity period starting from the activation of the eSIM on your device, not the date of purchase. You are responsible for following the installation and activation instructions provided upon purchase.

Unused plans that are not activated within the allowed period may expire and become non-refundable.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Ai eSIM’s services for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. This includes but is not limited to:

• Unauthorized resale or redistribution of our eSIM plans.

• Tampering with the eSIM or network.

• Violation of intellectual property rights.

• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack our platform.

Any violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of access without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, website design, and other materials available on aiesim.com are the intellectual property of AOUAD LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Ai eSIM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or inability to connect due to third-party network issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service within the past 6 months, capped at $100.
